Well...i cooked that last few weeks. Kudos for me!
Here's how.
Prepare
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 cup water
8 cloves of garlic (sliced)
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp parsley
See, it's really really easy. I used 500g of spaghetti.
Enjoy your own aglio olio while its hot.

In a saucepan, saute garlic in oil over medium heat until the garlic is golden brown.
Add water and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add parsley and seasonings; simmer uncovered another 10 minutes.
Combine thoroughly with pasta before serving.
